- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- juice of 1 lemon
- butter
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 16 oz. backfin crab meat
- bread crumbs
- salt and pepper
Directions

1In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour.

2Add milk, salt and pepper; simmer over medium-low heat until thickened. Cool.

3Mix with crab.

4Add mayonnaise, Worcestershire and lemon juice.

5Mix well and spoon into casserole dish.

6Top with buttered bread crumbs.

7Bake at 350° until top browns and casserole is hot.
