- 1 lb. frozen crab meat
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. shredded onion
- 1 1/2 c. half and half
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- salt and pepper
- hot sauce to taste
Directions

1Saute onions and celery in butter.

2Add flour and blend well. Add cream (half and half).

3Cook until mixture boils and thickens.

4Add seasonings and crab meat.

5Stir well.

6Before serving, spoon mixture into greased shells.

7Top with crumbs and bits of butter.

8Brown in the oven at 325°.

9Can be made up ahead and put in the freezer.

10Then bake as wanted.
