Crab Lasagna

  • 8 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cans Campbell's cream of shrimp soup
  • 3/4 lb. crab meat
  • 2 c. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. basil
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced thin
  • 1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • dash of salt and pepper (optional)

Directions

    Cook noodles; drain.

    Heat shrimp soup and add crab.

    Mix together cottage cheese, cream

    cheese, egg, basil (salt and pepper) and onion.

    Put a layer of noodles on bottom of baking dish.

    Pour cheese mixture (part) over noodles, then some of the heated soup mixture.

    Repeat layers.

    Top with sliced tomatoes. Bake 15 minutes in preheated 350° oven.

    Add shredded Cheddar and bake 30 more minutes until browned and bubbly.
