- 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
- 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of shrimp soup
- 1 pt. cottage cheese
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. basil
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. crab
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 egg
Directions

1Cook noodles according to package directions, adding olive oil to boiling water.

2Rinse and drain.

3Combine shrimp soup, crab, cottage cheese, cream cheese (softened), onion, egg, salt and basil.

4Layer 1/2 of the noodles in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Spread with 1/2 the crab mixture; sprinkle with 1/2 of the grated cheese.

5Top with remaining noodles, crab and cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

7Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
