- 1 lb. white crab meat
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 pt. cream
- 4 Tbsp. sherry
- 3/4 c. sharp grated cheese
Directions

1Make a cream sauce with butter, flour and cream.

2Add salt, pepper and sherry.

3Remove from heat and add crab meat.

4Pour the mixture into buttered casserole or individual baking dishes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cook in hot oven until cheese melts.
