- 12 slices white bread
- 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
- 12 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Remove and discard crusts from bread; cut bread into cubes.

2Toss lightly with cream cheese cubes; place in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan.

3In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs.

4Add milk, syrup and salt; mix well.

5Pour over bread mixture.

6Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

7Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.

8Bake, uncovered, at 375F for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

9Let stand 5 minute before cutting.
