Ingredients

  • 1 7 oz. can crab meat or fresh crab
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 1 c. celery (diced)
  • 1 pkg. (envelope) unflavored gelatin
  • 3 Tbsp. cold water
  • 2 - 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. Best Foods mayonnaise

Directions

    Heat soup until bubbly.

    Mix gelatin envelope with cold water until dissolved; then add to soup.

    Simmer for a few minutes and then add remaining ingredients.

    Pour into a mold and chill at least 8 hours.

    Serve with Ritz crackers or whatever.
