- 1 (14 3/4 oz.) can salmon
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 large onion
Directions

1Open can of salmon.

2Take bones out of salmon. Add eggs, cracker and onion; mix well.

3Make salmon into patties.

4Fry in skillet with small amount of oil.

5Fry until patties are golden brown.

6Makes 6 to 8 patties.
