- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, minced fine
- 1 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1 can crab meat, drained and flaked
Directions

1Heat soup over low heat until warm.

2Remove from heat; set aside.

3Dissolve gelatin in cold water.

4Add this to soup; mix well.

5Add remaining ingredients; mix well, using low speed of mixer.

6Season to taste with salt, black pepper, red pepper and Tabasco.

7Turn into 4-cup mold; chill until firm.

8Serve with crackers.
