- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 6 1/2 oz. can crab meat, drained and flaked
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 small onion, grated
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
Directions

1Heat soup in medium pan over low heat.

2Remove from heat. Dissolve gelatin in cold water; let sit for 5 minutes.

3Add soup and stir well.

4Add the rest of ingredients and stir well.

5Spoon into mold (4 cup) and chill until firm.

6Garnish with parsley and serve with crackers.
