Crab Pate

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 6 1/2 oz. can crab meat, drained and flaked
  • 3 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. finely chopped celery

    Heat soup in medium pan over low heat.

    Remove from heat. Dissolve gelatin in cold water; let sit for 5 minutes.

    Add soup and stir well.

    Add the rest of ingredients and stir well.

    Spoon into mold (4 cup) and chill until firm.

    Garnish with parsley and serve with crackers.
