- 1/2 lb. crab meat
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. onion, chopped fine
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. half and half
- salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
Directions

1Prepare pie crust.

2Layer the crab meat (pat it dry), Swiss cheese and onion.

3Beat eggs slightly.

4Beat in half and half and seasonings.

5Pour over ingredients in pie crust.

6Cook uncovered in 425° oven for 15 minutes.

7Reduce to 300° oven and cook uncovered about 30 minutes or until knife test is clean.

8Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
