  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 2 jars Old English spread (near Velveeta)
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 pkg. English muffins
  • 1 lb. crab meat

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix butter, Old English spread, mayonnaise, onion and garlic salt with mixer.
  2. 2
    Fold in crab meat.
  3. 3
    Open English muffins and spread about 2 tablespoons on top of muffin.
  4. 4
    Cut into quarters. Bake on cookie sheet at 350° for about 10 minutes.
