  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. buttermilk
  • 3 green onions
  • 1/2 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt

    Chop onions small (tops and all).

    Mix all ingredients in bowl and let set for 30 minutes.

    With oil hot, take spoon and finger and drop balls of mix into deep fryer, fry until golden brown.
