  • 8 English muffins, sliced in half, then cut in fourths
  • 12 oz. backfin crabmeat
  • 1 stick softened margarine
  • 7 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

    Spread with spoon on muffin quarters.

    Place on ungreased cookie sheets.

    Freeze at least 30 minutes.

    Remove from freezer and place under broiler until they are slightly golden brown and puff up (about 5 minutes).
