- 8 English muffins, sliced in half, then cut in fourths
- 12 oz. backfin crabmeat
- 1 stick softened margarine
- 7 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Spread with spoon on muffin quarters.

2Place on ungreased cookie sheets.

3Freeze at least 30 minutes.

4Remove from freezer and place under broiler until they are slightly golden brown and puff up (about 5 minutes).

5Serve hot.
