Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated Healthy Choice fat-free Mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 c. green onion (including tops), chopped
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 pkg. dry Butter Buds
- 1/4 tsp. lite salt (optional)
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. Egg Beaters
Directions

1Mix together the first 6 ingredients; set aside.

2Boil water, Butter Buds and salt in saucepan.

3Reduce heat.

4Gradually add flour.

5Stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball.

6Remove from heat; cool 10 minutes.

7Stir in Egg Beaters, beating with a wooden spoon.

8When smooth, add crab mixture.

9Drop heaping teaspoonfuls onto sprayed baking sheet.

10Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

11Reduce to 350° and bake 10 more minutes (freezes well).

12Serves 48.
