Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
  • 1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated Healthy Choice fat-free Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 c. green onion (including tops), chopped
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 pkg. dry Butter Buds
  • 1/4 tsp. lite salt (optional)
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. Egg Beaters

Directions

    Mix together the first 6 ingredients; set aside.

    Boil water, Butter Buds and salt in saucepan.

    Reduce heat.

    Gradually add flour.

    Stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball.

    Remove from heat; cool 10 minutes.

    Stir in Egg Beaters, beating with a wooden spoon.

    When smooth, add crab mixture.

    Drop heaping teaspoonfuls onto sprayed baking sheet.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

    Reduce to 350° and bake 10 more minutes (freezes well).
