Crab Quiche

Ingredients

  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 16 oz. shredded cheese (mild or sharp)
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions (regular or green onions)
  • 1 can chopped mushrooms (canned are better than fresh)
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 lb. backfin crab meat
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Spray large shallow baking dish with Pam.

    Mix ingredients in following order: Bisquick, milk, mayonnaise, eggs, onions, cheese, mushrooms, crab meat and salt and pepper to taste.

    Spoon into baking dish.

    Bake at 350° about 30 minutes or until light brown on top.

    Let set before serving.

    Cut in squares and top with sour cream.
