- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 16 oz. shredded cheese (mild or sharp)
- 1/2 c. chopped onions (regular or green onions)
- 1 can chopped mushrooms (canned are better than fresh)
- 2 c. milk
- 1 lb. backfin crab meat
- 8 oz. sour cream
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Spray large shallow baking dish with Pam.

2Mix ingredients in following order: Bisquick, milk, mayonnaise, eggs, onions, cheese, mushrooms, crab meat and salt and pepper to taste.

3Spoon into baking dish.

4Bake at 350° about 30 minutes or until light brown on top.

5Let set before serving.

6Cut in squares and top with sour cream.
