  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 3/4 c. drained, cooked bacon, crabmeat, shrimp or mushrooms and ham
  • 10 oz. Swiss cheese, diced
  • 3/4 c. sliced green onions
  • Mrs. Smith's 9-inch pie shells

Directions

    Blend mayonnaise, flour, beaten eggs and milk, in blender.

    Add meat, Swiss cheese and green onions after blending.

    Blend all together.

    Pour into Mrs. Smith's 9-inch pie shells.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

    Check for doneness by inserting knife. Comes out clean when done.
