- 1 (9-inch) unbaked deep dish pie shell
- 3/4 c. egg substitute
- 1/8 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
- black pepper to taste
- 4 oz. Swiss cheese, finely shredded
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 lb. picked crabmeat
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, combine egg substitute, mayonnaise, flour, thyme and black pepper.

2Mix well.

3Gently stir in cheese, onion and crabmeat.

4Pour mixture into pie shell.

5Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
