  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked deep dish pie shell
  • 3/4 c. egg substitute
  • 1/8 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
  • black pepper to taste
  • 4 oz. Swiss cheese, finely shredded
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. picked crabmeat

    Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, combine egg substitute, mayonnaise, flour, thyme and black pepper.

    Mix well.

    Gently stir in cheese, onion and crabmeat.

    Pour mixture into pie shell.

    Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
