  • 2 lb. spaghetti
  • 1 pkg. bulk sausage
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 minced bell pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese

    Boil water and cook spaghetti.

    Fry crumbled sausage; drain. Saute onion, garlic and bell pepper.

    Stir in jar of spaghetti sauce.

    Mix all ingredients, except eggs, milk and Parmesan cheese.

    Beat eggs.

    Add milk and Parmesan cheese.

    Stir egg mixture into warm spaghetti-noodle mixture.
