  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. coarsely grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 c. crab meat
  • 1 (3 oz.) can French fried onion rings
  • 1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell

    Combine first 4 ingredients.

    Stir in remainder of ingredients. Pour in shell.

    Bake in 300° oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until custard is set and knife inserted comes out clean.
