- 1 Tbsp. dry sherry (optional)
- 5 beaten eggs
- 2 1/2 c. half and half
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pie crust
Directions

1Using small muffin tins, shape enough dough into each tin. Mix all ingredients the night before serving quiches.
