  • 1 lb. crabmeat
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 tsp. onion
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. dry sherry (optional)
  • 5 beaten eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. half and half
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pie crust

    Using small muffin tins, shape enough dough into each tin. Mix all ingredients the night before serving quiches.
