- 1 large sweet red pepper, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. imitation crabmeat, chopped
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In a bowl, combine all ingredients.

2Transfer to a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

3Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
