  • 10 to 14 oz. imitation crabmeat
  • 4 to 5 green onions, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • wonton wraps (or eggroll wraps, cut in fourths)
  • oil for frying

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients, shredding crabmeat.

    Separate wraps; place 1 teaspoon of mixture on each wrap and fold like a wonton. Fry until brown in oil.
