- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz. crabmeat, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 to 5 drops hot sauce
- 16 oz. pkg. won ton wrappers
Directions

1Mix first 6 ingredients.

2Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

3Place 1 teaspoon of filling mixture in center of each won ton wrapper. Moisten the edges, bring the four corners to the center and press firmly to seal.

4Place on baking sheet, then in freezer for 30 minutes.

5Deep fry at 425° until golden brown.

6(Peanut oil works best.)

7Turn upside down and cool on paper towels.
