- 1 lb. imitation crab meat
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 tsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Rinse crab meat in cold water; pat dry with paper towels.

2In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat in hot margarine, cook garlic and crushed red pepper 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3Increase heat to high; add crab and salt.

4Cook to warm crab meat; add tomatoes.

5Heat through.

6To serve, spoon onto warm platter. Sprinkle with parsley.
