Ingredients

  • 6 crabs or 1 can crab meat
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 3 tomatoes, quartered
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. corn
  • 1 c. lima beans
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 c. finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 c. green beans
  • 3 qt. water
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. mustard

Directions

    Simmer all except butter, Worcestershire sauce, flour and mustard for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

    Melt butter or margarine.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Mix together and add to soup.

    Cook an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
