- 1/2 small onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 (8 oz.) lite cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. skim milk
- 1 medium tomato, seeded
- 1/2 small green pepper
- 3/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 4 oz. imitation crab, flaked
Directions

1Chop onion fine; add garlic.

2Mix onion, garlic, cheese and milk until blended.

3Spread in shallow serving dish.

4Coarsely chop tomato and green pepper.

5Chop parsley finely.

6Mix parsley, lemon juice, salt and vegetables.

7Spoon on top of cheese mixture.

8Top with crab meat.

9Sprinkle with remaining parsley. Chill well.
