- 3 large Idaho baking potatoes
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
- 4 tsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. (can) crab meat
Directions

1Bake potatoes until done.

2Split in half lengthwise, scoop out and reserve shells.

3In bowl, mash potatoes with butter, milk, onion and salt until mixture is smooth and creamy.

4Stir in grated cheese and crab meat.

5Fill shells with mixture; sprinkle with paprika.

6Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.
