Crab Vegetable Soup

  • 1 soup bone
  • 1 large bag mixed vegetables
  • 5 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1 large can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 qt. water

Directions

    Cook soup bone in water for 1 hour.

    Add vegetables, potatoes, tomatoes and Old Bay.

    Cook until vegetables are tender. Add more water if necessary and add Old Bay.

    Take out soup bone and add crab meat.

    Cook about 15 minutes more.
