- 1 to 2 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 to 1 box Velveeta
- 1 bag tortillas
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 to 2 pkg. crabmeat
- 1/3 to 2/3 jar picante sauce
- red pepper to taste
- sausage (optional)
Directions

1In one skillet, brown hamburger (sausage optional).

2In another skillet, bring butter to boil on medium to medium-high. In a saucepan, melt Velveeta with picante sauce.

3Add crabmeat to butter and let sit until warm enough to separate.

4As crabmeat gets stringy, add red pepper and bring to a golden brown. Drain hamburger meat and mix with the crabmeat.
