  • 2 garlic buds
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. canned milk (not diluted)
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 3 to 4 tsp. lemon juice
  • black pepper to taste
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 lb. crabmeat

    Sprinkle salt onto a flat bowl.

    Mash garlic buds into salt with a fork.

    Add in softened cream cheese, whipping with fork by hand.

    Add all other ingredients.

    Chill.
