  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. crabmeat or 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

    Combine mayonnaise, flour, milk and beaten eggs; stir until well blended.

    Then add remaining ingredients.

    Pour into the pie shell and bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
