- 1 small can mushrooms
- 2 c. half and half cream
- 4 eggs
- 4 oz. Cheddar, Swiss, Velveeta or combination
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 small can crabmeat, drained
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 pie crust (frozen is okay)
Directions

1Place drained crabmeat, chopped onion and cheese on bottom of one pie crust.

2Beat eggs slightly.

3Add half and half with salt and pepper.

4Beat until all well mixed.

5Pour into pie crust.
