- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 1/3 c. sliced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
Directions

1Bake pie shell at 400° for 5 minutes; cool.

2Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk.

3Mix until blended.

4Saute onions in butter. Add crabmeat, cheese and sauteed onions to above mixture.

5Pour into pastry lined plate.

6Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
