  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 lb. fresh crabmeat or shrimp or 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese or Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. green onions, sliced
  • 1 (9-inch) frozen pie shell

Directions

    Thaw pie shell.

    Blend together first 4 ingredients; add crabmeat, cheese and onions and mix thoroughly.

    Pour into pie shell and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
