Crabmeat-Vegetable Pie

- 6 oz. crabmeat (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 c. water chestnuts, chopped
- 8 oz. fresh snow peas, blanched (frozen can be used)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. prepared biscuit mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- bacon and cheese (on top for garnish if desired)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Lightly grease a 10-inch pie pan (can also be made in a 2-quart casserole dish).

3Combine the first 4 ingredients in pie pan.

4Beat remaining ingredients until smooth; pour over crabmeat.

5Bake for 35 minutes, or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
