- 2 bags fresh carrots, sliced thin
- 1 c. water
- 1 chicken bouillon
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Boil carrots and chicken bouillon in water for 15 minutes. Saute scallions in butter.

2Add Cheez Whiz, sour cream and milk. Mix all together in a buttered baking dish and cover with parsley and bread crumbs.

3Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
