  • 36 saltine crackers
  • 6 egg whites, beaten stiff
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. pecans
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 1 can coconut

Directions

    Crush crackers finely. Add beaten egg whites.

    Add sugar and pecans.

    Pour in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake at 350° until brown.

    Cool. Top with Cool Whip and coconut.
