- 5 qt. popped corn
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white Karo
- 1/4 lb. butter
- pinch of cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Mix sugar, Karo, butter, cream of tartar and vanilla.

2Boil 5 minutes.

3Remove from heat; add baking soda.

4Mix well.

5Pour over popped corn and mix.

6Spread on two buttered cookie sheets and bake 1 hour at 200°.

7Break apart while still warm.
