Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter or margarine
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white Karo
  • 1/2 tsp. soda

Directions

    Cook margarine or butter, brown sugar and Karo for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soda; mix thoroughly.

    Pour over popped corn.

    Stir until all corn is coated.

    Put in shallow pan and bake at 200° for 1 hour (stir every 15 minutes).

    Add nuts if desired. This will keep crisp if put in an airtight container.
