  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 box raisins
  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 box brown sugar
  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp. each: cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon

Directions

    Put sausage, brown sugar and boiling water together. Break up and mix by hand; add remaining ingredients. Place in tube-shaped pan and bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
