- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. raw cashews
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 3/4 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
Directions

1Blend cashews with 3/4 cup water until very smooth.

2Add sesame seed and coconut and continue blending.

3Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth.

4Pour onto an 11 x 17-inch cookie sheet.

5Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

6Remove from oven and score to desired cracker size.

7Continue baking until lightly browned.
