  • celery, sliced from ribs
  • sharp cheddar, cut in 1/4 cubes
  • pecan halves toasted in butter
  • large green peas, canned or fresh-cooked, not petit pois
  • mayonnaise

Directions

    Cut thin slices of celery and combine in equal amounts by volume, 1 cup each, with peas, cheese, and pecans. All items should be at room temperature.
