  • 2 McIntosh apples, pared and cored
  • 1 c. fresh cranberries
  • 5 Tbsp. firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. granulated sugar
