- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 3/4 c. melted margarine
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, lemon rind and soda in mixer bowl; mix well.

2Stir in margarine.

3Reserve 1 cup flour mixture. Press remaining flour mixture into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

4Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

5Spread cranberry sauce over baked layer. Sprinkle with

6mixture of reserved flour mixture and pecans.

7Bake for 25 to 30 minutes longer or until golden brown.

8Cool. Cut into bars.

9May be frozen up to 12 months.
