- 1 (1 lb.) can small whole beets, undrained
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. cold water
Directions

1Put beets and cranberry sauce into saucepan and heat until blended.

2Stir in orange rind, then cornstarch which has been dissolved in cold water.

3Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.

4Fine with all pork dishes.

5Leftovers reheat well.
