- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger root
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 flank steak (1 1/2 lb.)
- chives (for garnish, optional)
Directions

1Combine wine, soy sauce, honey, green onions, sesame oil, ginger root and garlic in a large baking dish.

2Add flank steak. Marinate, covered, in refrigerator about one hour, turning at least once.
