- 1 lb. fresh cranberries
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1 2/3 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 3/4 tsp. each: cinnamon and cloves
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook berries 15 minutes in 3/4 cup water in covered pan. Force through a sieve.

2Add remaining ingredients and cook 12 to 15 minutes or until it thickens.

3Serve warm on ham, pork or turkey or store in a jar in refrigerator.

4Also excellent for a dip for little smoky links.
