- 3 c. fresh cranberries
- 1 c. chopped dried apricots
- 1/2 c. chopped dates
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
- 3/4 c. orange juice
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Directions

1In saucepan, combine all ingredients.

2Bring to a boil.

3Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes or until thickened and cranberries have popped.

5Serve as an accompaniment to turkey or pork.
