- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) bag fresh cranberries
- 1 c. golden raisins
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 3/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions

1Drain juice from pineapple.

2In a saucepan, combine juice with sugar, cranberries, raisins and spices.

3Cook 15 minutes or until boiling.

4Reduce heat and simmer 25 to 30 minutes until cranberries are tender.

5Add pineapple and nuts; mix well. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, until chilled.
